ABOUT KATE ATKINSON

 

 

Kate is a creative. An illustrator, photographer, print maker, and writer. She's a lover of seeing ideas come to life. She is Taranaki born and bred which has heavily influenced her love and appreciation of the natural world as well as the people that revel in it.

 

She has been shortlisted for the Sargeson Writing Prize, received an NZQA photography scholarship, as well as had her work in multiple anthologies. Kate is a painter, print maker and illustrator. Some of her work is available to purchase here.
